为了恢复页岩气井的正常生产,本文通过提出一种新型射流泵排水采气工艺设计思想,该设计是以常压高气液比页岩气井的产气量能够满足携液要求时的井筒动液面为分析目标,从气井产能和临界携液流量两个方面进行分析,研究确定射流泵的下深。该工艺在XX区块XX井开展了现场试验,措施后页岩气井的平均日产气量为14.86×104m3,平均日产液量12.39m3,现场生产结果表明:本设计对XX区块常压高气液比页岩气井射流泵的下入深度的确定提供了新的理论指导。 |

In order to restore the normal production of shale gas wells, this paper puts forward a new type of jet pump drainage gas recovery technology applications, which is based on the normal pressure, high gas-liquid ratio shale gas well gas production capacity can meet the liquid level of the wellbore when carrying liquid requirements In order to analyze the target, the gas well productivity and the critical liquid carrying flow are analyzed to determine the depth of the jet pump. The process was carried out in the XX well in the XX block. After the measure, the average daily gas production of the shale gas well was 14.86×104 m3, and the average daily liquid production was 12.39 m3. The field production proved that the process provided new theoretical guidance for the determination of the depth of the jet pump of the shale gas well under high gas-liquid ratio and atmospheric pressure in XX block. |
