      为确保换流阀冷却水系统中水质合格,需合理设计离子交换器的规格和内部结构。采用计算流体动力学数值模拟方法,建立离子交换器的几何模型,对离子交换器水流速度进行选择,进而确定塔径、塔高等工艺参数;运用二维多孔介质模型模拟塔内树脂填料,并对进出水装置的局部细节进行模拟,进而分析流阻特性及速度变化规律,结果表明,当设计出力一定时,控制水流速度50m/h,计算塔径,流场、压力降具有较好的形态,采用小滤帽、石英方式配水,水流分布较为均匀,可对设备的选型提供技术参考与理论指导。
英文摘要:
      In order to ensure the water quality in the cooling water system of the converter valve, the specification and internal structure of the ion exchanger must be rationally designed. The computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method is used to establish the geometric model of the ion exchanger, and the water flow velocity of the ion exchanger is selected to determine the process parameters such as tower diameter and tower height. The two-dimensional porous medium model is used to simulate the resin packing in the tower. The local details of the water inlet and outlet devices are simulated, and the flow resistance characteristics and velocity variation laws are analyzed. The results show that when the design force is constant, the water flow velocity is controlled to 50m/h, and the tower diameter, flow field and pressure drop are calculated. The use of small filter caps, quartz water distribution, water flow distribution is more uniform, which can provide technical reference and theoretical guidance for the selection of equipment.
