    摘要:

    为了提高北京地铁导向标志的可用性,对其进行可用性评测。本文选取北京地铁站内25个导向标志,从区分性、可读性、兼容性三个因素出发,应用问卷调查法对120名被试进行研究。实验结果表明:①售票标志、网络取票标志、自助售票标志的区分性更差;在北京居住不同时长的人群对于标志区分性判断的正确率上具有显著差异;②折叠箭头状的导向标志相比单向箭头标志的可读性更差;③出口标志最能引起人们的重视,其次为功能区文字描述标志,功能区图片描述最不能引起重视。得出:售票、网络取票、自助售票标志需要提高区分性;折叠箭头状导向标志容易引起误解,应使用单向箭头导向标志;导向标志的兼容性按照出口→功能区的文字→箭头→功能区的图片依次降低。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the usability of the Beijing subway guide signs, we conducted usability evaluation. The 25 guiding signs in Beijing subway station were selected. Based on the three factors of distinction, readability and compatibility, 120 participant were studied by questionnaire survey. The experimental results show that: ① Tickets, network ticketing and automatic ticketing signs are hard to distinguish. The distinctiveness of the guiding signs is significantly different for people living in Beijing for different periods of time. ② Folding arrow-shaped signs are less readable than straight-line signs. ③ The exit signs can attract people"s most attention, followed by the text of function area, the picture of function area can"t attract attention. It is concluded that : Tickets, network ticketing and automatic ticketing signs need to be improved. Folding arrow-shaped guide signs are easily misunderstood and straight-line guide sign should be used. The compatibility of guide signs are decreased by exit → text of the function area → arrow → picture of the function area.
