Contact pulse reflection method is the main method for in-situ ultrasonic of carbon fiber reinforced composite laminates. In the contexts of the ultrasonic inspection system selection, the reference standard design requirement and the typical damage detection and evaluation, combined with features of laminates, damage characteristics and the field testing environment, the ultrasonic testing technology in-situ is carried out, and ultrasonic signal feature maps of the damage are established to provide technical support for the ultrasonic inspection of the aircraft composite laminates in strength test and in service.
