    充电设施属于新兴运营系统,受运营成本、充电需求、场地等条件限制,使得该系统呈现出低覆盖度、布局疏密非均衡性等状态。充电设施在技术上的性能退化规律尚不明确,但固有的性能退化属性依然存在,为了保证充电设施保持良好工作状态满足新能源汽车用户充电需求,提出建立专业维护团队定期对不同运营商的充电设施进行联合检修。首先,建立联合检修最短路径模型;接着,引入DBSCAN算法将区域内充电设施按照分布密度进行聚类,将其聚类结果设置为充电设施虚拟检修点,以虚拟检修点的地址位置信息为基础建立车行距离矩阵,并运用三种算法求解联合检修路径,使维护团队单次检修的总路径最短;最后,以重庆主城八区的充电设施为例进行计算分析。

    Abstract:

    Charging facilities is a new operation system. Limited by operating costs, charging demand, site and other conditions, the system presents a low coverage, dense and unbalanced layout. The degradation law of charging facilities in technology is not clear yet, but the inherent property of performance degradation still exists. In order to ensure that charging facilities work well to meet the charging needs of new energy vehicle users, it is proposed to establish professional maintenance teams to conduct joint maintenance of charging facilities of different operators on a regular basis. Firstly, the shortest path model of joint maintenance is established; secondly, DBSCAN algorithm is introduced to cluster charging facilities in the region according to their distribution density, and the clustering results are set as virtual maintenance points of charging facilities. Based on the address and location information of virtual maintenance points, the distance matrix of vehicles is established, and GA, TS or GA TS is used to plan joint maintenance paths, so that the maintenance team can make a single inspection. The shortest total path is repaired. Finally, an example of charging facilities in the eighth District of Chongqing main city is given.
