      目的:采用便携式软体高压氧舱作为恢复设备,对比高强间歇运动后软体高压氧舱恢复和传统恢复各项指标变化情况,分析软体高压氧舱恢复效果,为今后运动员参赛和训练后的快速恢复提供新的方法和依据。方法:选取某体育学院运动训练专业女学生,传统恢复组15 人(年龄21.15±2 yrs;身高165.75±4.27 cm;体重57.4±4.3 kg)和软体高压氧舱恢复组15 人(年龄20.85±1.02 yrs;身高166.25±3.56 cm;体重58.5±6.30 kg)为受试对象,二级运动员。两组受试者完成3 次30 s全力骑行的高强间歇训练后20 min分别进行传统恢复和软体高压氧舱恢复60 min。采集运动前、运动后即刻、进舱前和恢复后即刻HR、BLA指标,采集运动前、运动后即刻和恢复后即刻RPE和反应时指标,采集恢复当日晨和次日晨血压、CK、BUN、T和C等血液生理生化指标,分别测试恢复当日和次日运动成绩。使用SPSS21.0统计软件统计数据,不同时点测试指标的差异性检验、不同组别恢复指标的差异性检验采用重复测量的方差分析。结果:与传统恢复相比,软体高压氧舱恢复后BLA、RPE、反应时和运动成绩指标恢复有显著性差异(P<0.05);软体高压氧舱恢复后HR、BUN、CK、T和C、Hb、血压等指标与传统恢复无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:软体高压氧舱恢复能加快机体血乳酸的清除,促进神经系统疲劳恢复,在心理上有良好的安慰剂效应,有利于运动员调整运动状态,取得优异运动成绩;软体高压氧舱可以作为一种安全有效的运动疲劳恢复设备,特别适用于赛间快速恢复阶段,值得实践进一步推广。

      Objective: To use portable hyperbaric hyperbaric oxygen chamber as recovery equipment to compare the changes of soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery and routine natural recovery indexes after high-intensity intermittent exercise. Analyze the effect of soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery for future athletes' participation and training. Quick recovery provides new methods and basis. Methods: Female students of sports training majors in a physical education college were selected and divided into 15 groups (21.15±2 yrs; height 165.75±4.27 cm; body weight 57.4±4.3 kg) in the traditional recovery group and 15 people in the recovery group of soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber (age 20.85±1.02 yrs; height 166.25±3.56 cm; body weight 58.5±6.30 kg) as the subject, secondary athlete. The two groups of subjects completed the traditional recovery and soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery for 60 minutes after completing three 30 s full-force high-strength intermittent training. Immediately before, immediately after exercise, immediately before and immediately after recovery, HR and BLA indicators were collected. RPE and response indicators were collected immediately before, immediately after exercise, and immediately after recovery. Blood pressure, CK, and blood pressure were collected on the morning and the next morning of the day of recovery. Blood physiological and biochemical indicators such as BUN, T and C were tested on the recovery day and the next day. Using statistical data of SPSS 21.0 statistical software, the variance test of test indicators at different time points uses the analysis of variance of repeated measurements. Results: Compared with the traditional recovery, the recovery of BLA, RPE, reaction time and sports performance indicators after soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery was significantly different (P<0.05); HR, BUN, CK, T and C after soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery There was no significant difference between the indexes of Hb, blood pressure and traditional recovery (P>0.05). Conclusion: The soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber recovery can speed up the body's blood lactic acid clearance, promote nervous system fatigue recovery, and has a good placebo effect in the psychological, which is beneficial for athletes to adjust the exercise state and achieve excellent athletic performance; soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber can be used as a This kind of safe and effective exercise fatigue recovery equipment is especially suitable for the rapid recovery period between competitions and worthy of further promotion.
