      为应对自然灾害对交通运输系统造成的巨大经济损失与环境破坏,本研究以山地面积占比96%的重庆巫山县为例,基于高分遥感应用技术,首先研究了公路自身损坏难易程度和区域抗灾能力,建立了路网密度、区域公路抗灾能力指数、公路耗能指数、土地利用抗灾指数等指标体系,并对区域抗灾能力进行综合分析。再者建立研究区自然灾害易损性模型,评价了研究自然灾害易损情况。最后从镇域尺度建立研究区公路易损模型,综合探讨了自然灾害对公路易损情况。结果表明:(1)区域公路抗灾力指数位于中层次及以下,巫山县内大多数的公路抗灾能力整体偏低。县内多数公路抗灾能力整体偏低,位于中层次及以下公路抗灾力能力区域约占70%。县内东部和南部土地利用抗灾能力指数较高,约有60%的镇级行政区土地利用抗灾能力处于低度以下。(2)山区公路自然灾害易损性模型结果显示,巫山县各乡镇主要为中度易损,多数公路处于中度易损区及极高损状态,整体上呈现出南高北低、东高西低易损状况。县内共计9个乡镇呈高度易损状态,约占64%公路处于高度及以上易损状态。研究结果可为山区公路自然灾害防治、区域防灾减灾提供科学决策依据。

      In order to deal with the huge economic losses and environmental damage caused by natural disasters to the transportation system, this study takes Wushan County, Chongqing, where 96% of the mountainous area is taken as an example. Based on the application technology of high-resolution remote sensing, firstly, the degree of damage and the regional disaster resistance ability of highway are studied, and the density of road network and the disaster resistance ability of regional highway are established. Index, road energy consumption index, land use disaster resistance index and other indicators system, and a comprehensive analysis of regional disaster resistance capacity. Furthermore, the vulnerability model of natural disasters in the study area was established to evaluate the vulnerability of natural disasters. Finally, the vulnerability model of highway in the study area is established from the town scale, and the vulnerability of natural disasters to highway is discussed comprehensively. The results show that: (1) The disaster resistance index of regional highway is in the middle level and below, and the disaster resistance of most highways in Wushan County is on the low side as a whole. Most of the highways in the county are relatively low in disaster resistance as a whole. About 70% of the highways are located in the middle level and below. The index of land use resilience in the eastern and southern parts of the county is relatively high, and about 60% of the town-level administrative regions have low land use resilience. (2) The vulnerability model of highway natural disasters in mountainous areas shows that most of the roads in Wushan County are in moderate vulnerability area and extremely high vulnerability state, showing overall high vulnerability in the south, high in the north and low in the East and low in the west. A total of 9 townships in the county are highly vulnerable, accounting for 64% of highways in high and above vulnerable state. The research results can provide scientific decision-making basis for natural disaster prevention and control of mountain highway and regional disaster prevention and mitigation.
