    摘要:

    为了更好地研究不同评估方法在城市安全防范系统的应用并就其现状和发展趋势进行分析和概括,本文依据当前国内外主要论文和专著数据库Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Engineering Village, 知网等文献数据库,检索了2008年-2018年间有关城市安全防范系统的风险评估的研究论文和专著200余篇/部,分析了各类方法的特点和成效,探讨风险评估方法在城市安全领域的应用价值和前景。研究表明:不同的风险评估方法在城市的不同领域有着自身的优势,因此方法的选择需要根据不同场景、不同领域进行调整,特别是要根据现代城市建设的需要,选择综合性、先进性的风险评估方法,能够准确有效地提高各类风险评估的成效。

    Abstract:

    In order to make a better understanding of the different assessment methods applied in the urban physical protection system, and a comprehensive analysis and generalization of its quo status and development tendency, this paper used the main thesis data banks such as Web of Science, Science Direct, Engineering Village, CNKI, etc. to have searched more than 200 papers and books about the risk assessment researches to urban physical protection system between 2008 and 2018. Based on the search results, we classified six types of risk assessment methods commonly used, and analyzed the features and effects of each type so that the application values and prospect of the risk assessment methods in urban safety area have been explored. The results show that different assessment methods may have their own advantages in different urban areas, and that the choice of certain methods mainly depends on specific scenes and areas with a necessary adjustment, and more importantly a comprehensive and advanced assessment method/s may be preferably chosen to meet the needs of modern urban construction so as to make different kinds of risk assessment and provide a solid safety for a modern city in the physical protection system.
