    摘要:

    为解决盾构施工时因接收端条件受限而无法进行正常接收的问题,盾构往往只能在洞内进行解体。对目前国内外最新的盾构洞内解体技术进行了总结,并对各种方案的适用性和优缺点进行了对比分析,得出了目前不同洞内解体技术之间最主要的适用条件差别在于刀盘前部是否存在可操作空间的结论。针对刀盘前部可操作空间的差别,提出了两套适用性较强的优化方案组合,并通过施工因素、经济因素、工期因素等多方面综合分析考虑,论证了盾构洞内解体技术在当前城市地铁建设中的可行性。

    [已修改]In some shield projects, the limited conditions of the receiving end will cause the shield to fail to receive normally, which can only be solved by the disintegration of the shield in the tunnel. In this paper, the latest technology of shield tunnel disintegration at home and abroad is summarized, and the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the main difference between different disintegration technology is whether there is operable space in front of the cutterhead. In view of this difference, two sets of optimization schemes with strong applicability are put forward, and through comprehensive analysis and consideration of construction factors, economic factors, construction period factors and other factors, the feasibility of shield tunnel disintegration technology in current urban subway construction is demonstrated.
