Abstract:[已修改]In some shield projects, the limited conditions of the receiving end will cause the shield to fail to receive normally, which can only be solved by the disintegration of the shield in the tunnel. In this paper, the latest technology of shield tunnel disintegration at home and abroad is summarized, and the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of various schemes are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the main difference between different disintegration technology is whether there is operable space in front of the cutterhead. In view of this difference, two sets of optimization schemes with strong applicability are put forward, and through comprehensive analysis and consideration of construction factors, economic factors, construction period factors and other factors, the feasibility of shield tunnel disintegration technology in current urban subway construction is demonstrated.
