Abstract:With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization in China, the development and utilization of urban underground space has become a boom, and the corresponding foundations of construction (structures) are getting deeper and deeper, and the depth of foundations is increasing, especially in the case of rich groundwater and high water levels. In the region, when the structure"s own load can not effectively resist the groundwater buoyancy, the resulting anti-floating problem has received wide attention from the society. Compared with the traditional technical methods to solve the anti-floating problem of building (structure), the anti-floating anchor has the advantages of small single point force, strong adaptability of the formation, stress dispersion, fast construction speed and low cost. Favor. In this paper, the development history, anchoring performance and stress transfer mechanism of floating anchors are summarized, and the shortcomings in the current research on anti-floating anchors are discussed, and suggestions for the development of floating anchors are proposed.
