    摘要:

    泸州区块全井段岩性复杂,漏、溢、垮复杂突出,严重影响深层页岩气资源效益化开发。针对不同岩性地层特征,建立基于室内实验及现场工程参数的全井段地层力学性能及三压力预测方法与剖面的建立,具有重要的研究意义与工程价值。本文基于室内实验,建立不同岩性地层力学参数预测方法,评价了不同岩性地层力学参数分布规律,耦合地应力、力学实验数据及现场漏溢塌工程信息,考虑井眼轨迹、力学弱面等因素,建立了全井段孔隙压力、坍塌压力、破裂压力分布剖面。研究结果表明,须家河、茅口组低孔隙压力、裂缝发育,漏失压力低,龙潭组煤层、泥岩力学强度低,坍塌压力低,普遍在1.5左右;深部石牛栏组、龙马溪组异常高压,存在溢流风险。建立了泸州区块深层岩石力学性能及三压力剖面,可为该地区井身结构优化设计、关键工程参数设计提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    The whole well section in Luzhou block is characterized by complex lithology and prominent complexity of leakage, overflow and collapse, which seriously affects the efficient development of deep shale gas resources.According to different lithologic and stratigraphic characteristics, it is of great research significance and engineering value to establish mechanical properties and three-pressure prediction method and profile of the whole well section based on laboratory experiments and field engineering parameters.Based on laboratory experiments, this paper establishes prediction methods for mechanical parameters of different lithologic strata, and evaluates the distribution rules of mechanical parameters of different lithologic strata.The distribution profiles of pore pressure, collapse pressure and fracture pressure in the whole well section were established by coupling the in-situ stress, mechanical experimental data and field leakage and collapse engineering information, taking into account the wellbore trajectory, mechanical weak surface and other factors.The research results show that the xujiahe and maokou formations have low pore pressure, fracture development and low leakage pressure, and the longtan formation has low mechanical strength of coal seam and mudstone and low collapse pressure, generally around 1.5.Abnormal high pressure exists in deep shiniulan group and longmaxi group, and overflow risk exists.The establishment of deep rock mechanical properties and three pressure profiles in Luzhou block can provide scientific basis for well structure optimization design and key engineering parameter design in this area.
