    为掌握机组运行状况,探索A、B两电厂运行参数差异的原因,试验研究并对比分析两电厂焚烧炉-余热锅炉性能,定量计算焚烧炉-余热锅炉效率、各项热损失及过热器、省煤器余热利用率,根据测试及计算结果,分析过热器性能。结果表明:两电厂焚烧炉-余热锅炉效率偏低,排烟温度均较高,机组总热损失中排烟热损失所占比例最大,A电厂为82.84%,B电厂为84.61%,其次为炉渣热损失;A电厂过热器性能整体优于B电厂,是导致两电厂运行参数差异的主要原因,B电厂过热器进口到省煤器进口余热利用率为34.91%,比A电厂低9.14个百分点。研究结果对垃圾焚烧电厂经济高效运行及下一步技术改造有重要指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to control the operation status of the unit and explore the reasons for the difference in operating parameters of power plants A and B, the performance of incinerator-heat recovery boiler was experimentally studied, and the efficiency of incinerator-heat recovery boiler, various heat losses and waste heat utilization ratio of superheater and economizer were quantitatively calculated, and the performance of superheater was analyzed according to the tested and calculated results. The results show that the incinerator-heat recovery boiler of the two power plants have low efficiency and high exhaust gas temperature, and the heat loss from smoke exhaust accounts for the largest proportion in the total heat loss of the unit, that is 83.59% in power plant A and 84.61% in power plant B, followed by the heat loss from slag. The superheater performance of power plant A is better than that of power plant B, which is the main reason for the difference of operating parameters between the two power plants. The waste heat utilization rate from superheater inlet to economizer inlet of power plant B is 34.91%, which is 9.14 percentage points lower than that of power plant A. The research results have important guiding significance for the economical and efficient operation and the following technical transformation of the two waste incineration power plants.
