    摘要:

    建设应急岩溶地下水源地来缓解区域水资源不足是个非常有效的途径,然而,岩溶地下水资源可开采量的评价和确定是个亟待解决的技术难题,常规方法往往难以奏效。本文在深入研究淄河源区地质水文地质条件的基础上,查明了淄河源区具有较大的岩溶储水空间、封闭的边界条件,能形成无坝型岩溶地下水库和雨旱季分明的季节特点,根据该特点并依据“以丰补歉”的调蓄思想,运用地下水库调蓄法计算评价出该区域岩溶地下水可开采资源量为2.19万m3/d。结果表明,利用淄河源区地下水库的调蓄作用可以更加合理有效地规划利用水资源,缓解该地区水资源供需矛盾和控制地下水下降。研究将为区域水资源合理规划利用和水环境保护提供科学决策依据。

    Abstract:

    It is a very effective way to reduce the shortage of regional water resources by constructing emergency karst groundwater sources. However, the evaluation and determination of the safety yield of Karst groundwater resources is a difficult technical problem to be solved, and conventional methods are often difficult to work effectively. In view of many good properties such as the large Karst water storage space which can be a dam-free Karst groundwater reservoir,closed boundary conditions,and the distinct seasonal characteristics of clear rainy and dry seasons in the Zihe Rivers Source Region, this paper uses the principle of “water abundance in rainy season to make up shortage in dry season” to calculate and evaluate the Karst groundwater in this area. The safety yield in this area is 21,900 m3/d. The results show that the source Region of the Zihe River is a big natural underground reservoir, which can be used rationally and effectively to develop and utilize water resources, alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand in the region and control the decline of groundwater. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the rational development, utilization and protection of groundwater resources in the region.
