    摘要:

    为了科学准确地对终端区管制运行效率进行评估,考虑终端区管制系统运行过程与特点,建立了终端区管制系统运行效率评估指标体系。应用三角模糊数法和熵权法分别求出各指标的主观权重和客观权重,利用最小相对信息熵法得出两种权重的组合权重。基于VIKOR法构建终端区管制运行效率评估模型,计算终端区管制运行效率指数值,根据运行效率指数值的大小对终端区管制系统进行效率评估,并将评估结果与灰色关联TOPSIS法的评估结果进行对比,验证了该评估模型的合理性。

    Abstract:

    In order to scientifically and accurately evaluate the operational efficiency of the terminal area, consider the operation process and characteristics of the terminal area control system, and establish an evaluation index system for the operation efficiency of the terminal area control system. The triangular weight method and the entropy weight method are used to obtain the subjective weight and objective weight of each index respectively, and the minimum relative information entropy method is used to obtain the combined weight of the two weights. Based on VIKOR method, the terminal area control operation efficiency evaluation model is constructed, the terminal area control operation efficiency index value is calculated, the terminal area control system is evaluated according to the operation efficiency index value, and the evaluation result is compared with the gray correlation TOPSIS method. In contrast, the rationality of the evaluation model is verified.
