    摘要:

    利用Fluent仿真软件研究片式散热器防腐涂层的导热率对片式散热器散热能力的影响。研究结果表明:在其他结构、参数相同的情况下,较小的防腐涂层导热率使得散热器的散热性能显著下降。提高防腐涂层的导热率可以实现在减小风机功率或减少散热片个数的同时保证散热效果,有利于实现变压器的节能和小型化设计。本文利用数值模拟软件对片式散热器内部的温度场分布进行了研究,研究结果可为变压器片式散热器的优化设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The effect of thermal conductivity of anti-corrosion coating on the surface of the panel type radiator on the cooling capacity was studied by using Fluent simulation software. Obtained results showed that, under the same structure and parameters, the radiator cooling capacity was greatly reduced by the thermal conductivity of the smaller anticorrosive coating. Increasing the thermal conductivity of an-ti-corrosive coating can reduce the fan power or the number of the number of fins while ensuring the heat dissipation effect of the panel type radiator, which was beneficial to the energy saving and minia-turization design of the transformer. In this paper, the temperature distribution inside the panel type ra-diator were studied by using numerical simulation software. The re-search results can provide reference for the design of transformer panel type radiator.
