      为量化评价数字孪生车间的建设质量,提出了一种基于犹豫模糊语言的综合评价模型。首先构建了数字孪生车间质量评价的指标体系,采用OWA算子对评价指标进行了权重计算;接着,针对在数字孪生车间质量评价过程中决策者无法准确用单一数值进行指标评价的不确定性问题,基于犹豫模糊语言建立了数字孪生车间的质量评价模型;最后,以结构件数字孪生车间为例进行了实例验证。实例应用表明,所建立的质量评价模型实用性较强,能有效提升评价结果的可靠性与柔性。可见,所述评价模型为数字孪生车间质量的量化评价提供了新的思路
英文摘要:
      In order to evaluate the construction quality of digital twin workshop, the evaluation model was proposed based on hesitant fuzzy linguistic. Firstly,a general evaluation index system for digital twin workshop is set up and the weight of each index is calculated by using the OWA operator. Then, the quantitative evaluation model of digital twin workshop is built based on hesitant fuzzy linguistic, which can solve the uncertainty problem that decision makers cann't evaluate the index with a single value. Finally, the evaluation model is applied to structural parts digital twin workshop. The results show that the proposed evaluation model is practical and can improve the reliability and flexibility of evaluation results effectively. It is concluded that the proposed model provides a new train of thought for the quality evaluation of digital twin workshop.
