    摘要:

    寻找高效率、高精度、低成本的陶瓷3D打印机是促进3D打印技术在陶瓷材料应用方面非常重要的一部分。本文以柱塞式陶瓷3D打印机为研究对象,建立了运动轴简化模型,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件分析了柱塞式陶瓷3D打印机运动轴在单轴运动及多轴联动时,喷头及工作台的振动等动态响应数据,并通过打印样件实验,验证了喷头不断变换打印方向时,运动轴启停所造成喷头和工作台的振动,及工作台在下降打印层高时的振动对打印精度的影响微小,运动轴结构稳定可保障打印精度。

    Abstract:

    Finding high-efficiency, high-precision, low-cost ceramic 3D printers is a very important part of promoting 3D printing technology in ceramic materials applications.In this paper, the plunger ceramic 3D printer is taken as the research object, and the simplified model of the motion axis is established. The ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the vibration of the nozzle and the table when the moving axis of the plunger ceramic 3D printer is in single-axis motion and multi-axis linkage. Dynamically responding to the data, and by printing the sample experiment, it is verified that when the nozzle continuously changes the printing direction, the vibration of the nozzle and the table caused by the start and stop of the motion axis and the vibration of the table when the printing layer is lowered have a small influence on the printing precision. The stability of the moving shaft structure ensures print accuracy.
