    摘要:

    为了解决因矸石过大而导致出矸时间过长,进而影响整个巷道的掘进问题,我们基于应力波叠加原理和二阶二段掏槽技术,提出了通过采用多阶段一次爆破的方式,对现有的爆破和施工参数设计进行优化,然后再从分形的角度对爆堆进行分析。经过现场试验和块度分析后发现,多阶段掏槽一次爆破可以有效的控制矸石粒级分布,平均块度直径减小了5厘米,矸石大块率明显降低,分形维数有所增加;大幅度缩减出矸时间和打眼装药时间,分别减少30分钟、60分钟;月循环进尺提高22.2%,有效的保障了硬岩巷道的掘进效率。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the gangue transport time is too long due to the large size, and then influences the tunneling of the whole roadway, based on the principle of stress wave superposition and the two-step cutting technology, a multi-stage one-time blasting method is proposed. The blasting parameters are optimized, the blasting result is analyzed from Fractal Dimension. After field test and block analysis, it is found that the multi-stage one-time blasting can effectively control the distribution of block size, the average block diameter is reduced by 5 cm, the large block rate is obviously decreased, and the fractal dimension is increased; the time of gangue transportation and drilling&charging were reduced by 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively; the monthly footage was increased by 22.2%, ensuring the tunneling efficiency of the hard rock roadway.
