      隧道施工机械数量配置是否合理决定了机械群施工效率,直接影响了隧道施工进度。依托在建世界第一特长螺旋隧道—金家庄特长螺旋隧道,对现场出渣和湿喷工序中连续60组装载车与湿喷机的停机等待时间进行分析,阐明了装载车与湿喷机的停机等待时间特征,提出了隧道运输机械数量配置原则,兼顾现场施工环境,建立了出渣和湿喷工序中运输机械配置数量和出渣总时间计算公式,同时,对依托工程出渣与湿喷运输机械配置数量进行计算分析。研究表明:出渣与湿喷作业时间与隧道累计进尺线性强相关,虽然现场施工组织协调与机械管理水平等因素影响施工作业时间,但隧道累计进尺仍为影响作业时间的主导因素。基于运输距离强相关性与主导机械不停机等待两原则,建立了自卸汽车数量配置计算公式、不同自卸汽车配置模式下出渣总时间计算公式和混凝土罐车数量增加的临界进尺计算公式,提出了数量配置合理性判断标准。本文研究成果有助于隧道开工前的机械准备和施工总时间分析,对加快隧道施工进度、充分发挥机械设备作业效率具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      The number of tunnel construction machinery determines the construction efficiency of the mechanical group and directly affects the tunnel construction progress. Relying on the Jinjiazhuang extra-long spiral tunnel, which is the world's longest under-construction extra-long spiral tunnel, sixty group of shutdown waiting time of loader and wet sprayer in slag discharging and wet spraying processes was analyzed. The waiting time characteristics of loader and wet sprayer are expounded. The principle of quantity allocation of tunnel transport machinery is put forward. Considering the site construction environment, the formulas for quantity allocation of transport machinery and total time of slag discharge are established. The quantity of transport machinery allocation for slag discharge and wet spraying relying on the project is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the time of slag discharge and wet spraying is linearly related to the accumulative footage of tunnel. Although the factors of site organization and coordination and mechanical management affect the time of field construction, the dominant factor affecting the time of operation is still the accumulative footage of tunnel. Based on the two principles of strong correlation of transportation distance and non-stop waiting of dominant machinery, the formula for calculating the number of dump trucks, the formula for calculating the total time of discharging slag under different dump truck configuration modes and the formula for calculating the critical footage of increasing the number of concrete tank trucks are established, and the criteria for judging the rationality of quantity allocation are put forward. The research results contribute to the analysis of the mechanical preparation and construction time before the tunnel starts, which is of great significance for accelerating the tunnel construction progress and giving full play to the efficiency of mechanical equipment operation.
