      为研究开口预制柱模板结合方式对混凝土柱力学性能的影响,使用带肋纤维混凝土预制模板制作了不同拼接方式和不同接缝方式的3类、12种、24根混凝土短柱进行抗压性能试验,并与同期制作的同规格、同配筋、同配比的2根普通柱进行对比,结果表明,使用预制模板的混凝土柱的抗压能力均高于普通柱,其中,同时使用铅丝及环氧树脂接缝的错缝拼接整块模板柱的开裂荷载和极限荷载分别比普通柱高59.04%和62.98%。不同模板拼接方式试件的承载力由大到小的顺序是错缝整块模板试件、对缝整块模板试件、错缝分块模板试件;不同模板接缝方式试件的承载能力由大到小顺序是铅丝环氧树脂接缝试件、环氧树脂接缝试件、铅丝接缝试件、干接缝试件。本研究成果可为该种模板推广应用提供依据。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the influence on the mechanical property of laminated columns for the combining mode of open permanent column framework,24 short columns were fabricated with ribbed fiber reinforced concrete prefabricated formwork, by three kinds of splicing and twelve types of joint, and compared the mechanical property with 2 original sample, which was made in the same period with the same specification, reinforcement and ratio, by the compression test. The compressive capacity of concrete columns with prefabricated formwork was higher than that of ordinary columns. The cracking load and ultimate load of the specimens, which were made by lead wire and epoxy resin and jointed by staggered joints, were 59.04% and 62.98% higher than that of ordinary columns. The order of template splicing for bearing capacity was the whole formwork with stagger seam, the whole formwork with butt seam and the partitioned formwork with staggered seam. The order of joint type for bearing capacity was the joint of lead wire and epoxy resin, the joint of epoxy resin, the joint of lead wire and the dry joint. The results can provide a basis for the application of template.
