      文章基于某能源规划项目打造区块之间的能源系统互联。首先对该区域可再生资源禀赋和各区块产业分布进行全面分析,通过冷热电负荷预测和区块用能特点分析以确定能源系统方案和运行策略。根据区块地理位置和周边资源禀赋,可利用周边海水资源打造区块化互联的海水源能源总线系统。由于公共建筑用能时间与居住建筑用能时间的互补性,公共建筑用能谷段时间可以将海水源能源总线富余部分调配给居住建筑,并起到削峰填谷和能源高效利用的作用。最终实现区块化能源微网系统运行策略的灵活调动和对多种能源形式的高效供给。
英文摘要:
      Based on an energy planning project, this paper builds the interconnection of energy systems between blocks. Firstly, the renewable resource endowment and the industrial distribution of each block in this area are analyzed comprehensively, and the energy system scheme and operation strategy are determined by the cold and thermoelectric load forecasting and the analysis of the energy consumption characteristics of the block. According to the block geographical position and the surrounding resource endowment, the water source energy bus system of the sea water source can be built by utilizing the surrounding seawater resources. As the energy-consuming time of the public building and the time of the residential building can be complementary, the energy-consuming energy bus of the sea water source can be allocated to the residential building during the energy-consuming valley of the public building, and the function of peak-cutting and energy-efficient utilization can be achieved. And finally, the flexible mobilization of the operation strategy of the block energy micro-network system and the efficient supply of a plurality of energy forms are finally realized.
