    摘要:

    步行作为大学校园里师生最主要的出行方式,有明显的生态、社会、经济和健康效益。寒地大学校园可步行性评价的研究,有利于优化寒地校园步行环境,提升校园活力,提高师生的健康水平。以寒地大学校园步行需求及可步行性影响要素为依据,基于AHP-模糊综合评价法、模糊德尔菲法,从设施水平、环境水平、运行水平三个方面构建寒地大学校园可步行性模糊综合评价模型,运用MATLAB、EXCEL等软件对建立的模糊综合评价模型进行计算,并对哈尔滨市三大高校进行评价,三所大学校园可步行性评价结果为哈尔滨工业大学>黑龙江大学>东北农业大学。最后,分别对其步行环境建设中存在的问题提出相应的优化策略,为寒地大学校园可步行性研究提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Walking, as an important means of daily transportation, and also the most important way for teachers and students to travel on campus, has obvious ecological, social, economic and health benefits. The research on walkability evaluation of university campus in cold region is helpful to optimize the walkability environment, enhance campus vitality, and improve the health level of teachers and students. Based on the influence factors of walking demand and walkability of university campus in cold region, and used AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, fuzzy Delphi method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for walkability of university campus in cold region was built from the facility level, environment level and run level. MATLAB, EXCEL and other software were used to calculate the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and three universities in Harbin were evaluated. The result of the walkability evaluation of the three university campuses shows that Harbin Institute of Technology > Heilongjiang University > Northeast Agricultural University. Finally, the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed for the existing problems in the construction of the pedestrian environment, so as to provide reference for the research on the walkability of university campuses in cold regions.
