      本文针对斜井箕斗在运输过程中出现的脱离轨道现象,设计出无线信息传感器传输网络系统。通过安装于箕斗矿车底部的感应传感器与光电传感器实时监测箕斗与轨道的接触状态,同时将载荷传感器分别置于牵引箕斗配重块与箕斗的钢丝绳处,用来监测钢丝绳的受力情况,到位传感器置于井口出,用来监测箕斗的到位状态,姿态传感器经过XL66系列无线转换器与M系列RS485数据采集模块将信息发送到井口接受装置,利用通讯电缆与上位机相连,通过组态王实时获取监测数据与画面,通过现场测试,设计可以满足实际需求,提高了矿井的安全性能与生产效率。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the wireless information sensor transmission network system was designed for the off-track phenomenon of the inclined well bucket during transportation. The contact status of the bucket and the track was monitored in real time by the inductive sensor and the photoelectric sensor installed at the bottom of the bucket mine car, and the load sensor was respectively placed at the wire rope of the traction bucket weight and the bucket to monitor the force status of wire rope. The in-position sensor was placed at the wellhead to monitor the position status of the bucket. The information obtained by attitude sensor was sent to the wellhead receiving device through the XL66 series wireless converter and M series RS485 data acquisition module and all devices were connected to the host computer by communication cable. By means of Kingview, we can obtain monitoring data and images in real time, the method can improve mine safety performance and production efficiency and the design can meet the actual needs by field testing.
