      以邯郸市某煤厂的管桁架储煤棚工程为背景,因地形条件等因素的影响,该煤棚建筑形状不规则、体型特殊,结构方案设计具有难度。针对该异型管桁架,对其在结构方面的设计难点及其结构布置要点进行了研究,并对结构的不规则体型进行了不同组合工况下的静力、动力分析以及特征值屈曲分析,分析结果表明该管桁架的结构布置方式满足安全性和经济性的要求,验证了此异型结构的合理性。此方案设计很好的解决了因结构体型、高差等其他影响因素造成的结构设计难题,且结构的材料利用率高,造型美观,可为类似的储煤棚工程提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Taking the coal truss storage shed project of a coal plant in Handan City as the background, due to the influence of terrain conditions and other factors, the shape of the coal shed is irregular, the shape is special, and the structural design is difficult. According to the design of the special-shaped tube truss, the design difficulties and structural arrangement points of the structural truss are studied. The static and dynamic analysis and eigenvalue buckling analysis of the irregular shape of the structure are carried out. The results show that the structural arrangement of the pipe truss meets the requirements of safety and economy, and the rationality of the profiled structure is verified. This scheme is designed to solve the structural design problems caused by other influencing factors such as structural shape and height difference, and the material utilization rate of the structure is high and the shape is beautiful, which can provide reference for similar coal storage shed projects.
