    摘要:

    为探讨牦牛骨粉对运动员骨密度、骨代谢和身体机能水平的影响,以击剑、现代五项、武术、拳击等项目45名运动员为对象,运动员每日服用5 g牦牛骨粉,每周6次,共4周。采用EXA-3000外周双能X线骨密度仪检测左右前臂、跟骨骨密度,抽静脉血检测骨代谢和身体机能相关生化指标。结果发现,服用牦牛骨粉后男子运动员右跟骨骨密度显著升高,女子运动员左右前臂、跟骨密度显著升高,服用牦牛骨粉后女运动员血清钙、磷和男运动员血清钙显著性降低,女运动员血清肌酸激酶显著性降低,男运动员IgM显著性升高。可见,服用4周牦牛骨粉对女运动员前臂、跟骨的骨密度有一定的改善作用,对男运动员前臂和跟骨的骨密度影响作用较小,对运动员骨代谢血液生化指标和免疫球蛋白无不利影响,可以较好的维持运动员的身体机能水平。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effect of yak bone powder on bone mineral density (BMD), bone metabolism and physical function of athletes, 45 athletes from fencing, modern pentathlon, martial arts and boxing were selected as research subjects. Athletes took 5g yak bone powder daily, 6 times per week, for 4 weeks. The BMD of forearm and calcaneus bone were detected by EXA-3000 peripheral dual energy X-ray bone densitometer, and the blood biochemical indexes were detected by venous blood sampling. The results show that the BMD of the right calcaneus of the male athletes is increased significantly (P < 0.01), the BMD of the forearms and calcaneus of the women athletes are higher than before taking (P < 0.01, P < 0.01, P < 0.01, P < 0.05). After taking yak bone powder, the serum Ca and P of women athletes are decreased significantly (P < 0.01, P < 0.05), Ca of male athletes is decreased significantly (P < 0.05), the CK of female athletes is decreased significantly (P < 0.01), the IgM of male athletes is increased significantly (P < 0.01). It is concluded that taking yak bone powder of 4 weeks can improve the BMD of the female athlete"s forearm and calcaneus, it has little effect on the BMD of male athletes" forearm and calcaneus, and has no adverse effect on the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism and immunoglobulin, and can better maintain the physical function level of athletes.
