      换流阀模块的表面电场计算对换流阀屏蔽罩以及均压环的设计以及改进十分重要,但是模块的倒角很小,若为保证计算精度,则单元剖分要求较高,计算代价较大。模块拐角处电场畸变最为严重,为了准确计算,采用了适合大规模问题求解的多极子加速曲面边界元法。分析了不同倒角下拐角处电场的变化情况,在此基础上提出用比例系数分析均压环对模块的电场屏蔽效果。对完整的阀塔进行建模计算,结果表明当前的侧面均压环方案能够将拐角处电场值减少到控制值以下,对阀塔屏蔽系统的进一步改进设计提供了参考。

      The surface electric field calculation of the converter valve module is very important for the design and improvement of the converter valve shield and the grading ring, but the chamfer of the module is very small. If to guarantee the calculation accuracy, the element splitting requirements are higher, and the calculation cost is greater. The electric field distortion at the corner of the module is the most serious. In order to calculate accurately, a multipole accelerated surface boundary element method suitable for large-scale problem solving is adopted. The change of the electric field at the corners under different chamfers is analyzed. On this basis, the proportionality coefficient is used to analyze the electric field shielding effect of the grading ring on the module. Modeling and calculation of the whole valve tower shows that the current side grading rings scheme can reduce the electric field value at the corner below the control value, which provides a reference for the further improvement of the valve tower shielding system.
