    摘要:

    对于主操纵系统或者备用操纵系统采用机械操纵的大型飞机,操纵系统试验需要模拟飞行员对机械操纵装置进行加载,如何真实地模拟飞行员操纵过程,获得操纵力曲线、活动翼面响应曲线等为操纵系统试验带来了诸多难点,通过研究,提出了一种全新的操纵系统组合式集成化加载方法,通过结构模块化、功能集成化方法设计了操纵系统组合式集成化加载装置,满足了狭小封闭式空间的飞行员机械操纵装置加载要求,并将该方法应用于大型灭火/水上救援水陆两栖飞机操纵系统强度试验中,顺利完成了试验,经过数据分析,试验数据真实有效,表明该方法满足试验要求。本文方法具有一定的工程应用价值,并在多类重点型号试验中得到了应用。

    Abstract:

    For large aircraft with mechanical control of the main control system or the standby control system, the pilot system test needs to simulate the pilot loading the mechanical control device, how to truly simulate the pilot control process, obtain the steering force curve, the active airfoil response curve, etc. as the operating system. The experiment brings many difficulties. Through research, a new integrated loading method of the control system is proposed. The modularized and functional integration method is designed to design the integrated integrated loading device of the control system to meet the narrow closed type. The pilot requirements of the space mechanical pilot control device were applied to the strength test of the large-scale fire/water rescue amphibious aircraft control system. The test was successfully completed. After the data analysis, the test data was true and effective, indicating that the method meets the test requirements. This method has certain engineering application value and has been applied in many types of key model tests.
