Abstract:For large aircraft with mechanical control of the main control system or the standby control system, the pilot system test needs to simulate the pilot loading the mechanical control device, how to truly simulate the pilot control process, obtain the steering force curve, the active airfoil response curve, etc. as the operating system. The experiment brings many difficulties. Through research, a new integrated loading method of the control system is proposed. The modularized and functional integration method is designed to design the integrated integrated loading device of the control system to meet the narrow closed type. The pilot requirements of the space mechanical pilot control device were applied to the strength test of the large-scale fire/water rescue amphibious aircraft control system. The test was successfully completed. After the data analysis, the test data was true and effective, indicating that the method meets the test requirements. This method has certain engineering application value and has been applied in many types of key model tests.
