Abstract:With the increase of operation time and the change of output, the crude oil pipeline in tahe oilfield will be in the state of low output in the process of production and operation.Due to the large change of environmental temperature and the relatively high viscosity of the condensate point of the oil transported, the heavy oil pipeline may fall into the unstable work area or even cause the condensate shutdown and other risks under the condition of low delivery volume.According to the actual operation condition of taya pipeline in tahe oilfield, the thermal balance equation of pipeline operation is established.By using the stepwise search method, the thermodynamic minimum throughput is obtained through the relationship between throughput and terminal temperature.The hydraulic minimum safe transport volume is obtained by the relationship between the transport volume and the friction resistance.Based on the results, the regularity is analyzed and some Suggestions are put forward for the operation of Tanya pipeline.
