    摘要:

    随着我国国内交通建设迅速发展,隧道工程建设量快速增加,隧道建设往往有着工程施工工期短、施工质量要求高、施工技术要求高等特点[1],因此其对机械化的需求日益增强。隧道建设品质化是未来发展必然趋势,其中机械化更是隧道建设品质化的首要任务与前提条件。针对山岭隧道施工机械化、信息化水平不高的问题,国家交通运输部提出了打造品质工程的要求,许多山岭隧道施工在全工序大型机械配套设备的条件下,开展了全断面机械化施工技术探索,大大提高了山岭隧道施工的机械化水平,出现了许多新装备、新技术,山岭隧道施工机械化可以分为分步式机械化与整体式机械化两类。

    Abstract:

    with the rapid development of China"s domestic transportation construction, the construction volume of tunnel construction has increased rapidly. The construction of tunnels often has the characteristics of short construction period, high construction quality requirements and high construction technical requirements [1], so its demand for mechanization is increasing. The quality of tunnel construction is an inevitable trend in the future development, and mechanization is the primary task and prerequisite for the quality of tunnel construction. In view of the problem of low mechanization and informatization level of mountain tunnel construction, the Ministry of Transport of the People"s Republic of China put forward the requirements for building quality engineering. Many mountain tunnel constructions have carried out full-section mechanized construction technology exploration under the conditions of large-scale mechanical supporting equipment. The mechanization level of the construction of mountain tunnels has been greatly improved, and many new equipments and new technologies have emerged. The mechanization of mountain tunnel construction can be divided into two types: fractional step mechanization and integral mechanization.
