    摘要:

    在售电侧开放的背景下,售电主体之间竞争越来越激烈,加之高新技术产业的飞速发展,优质电力逐渐成为售电主体间的核心竞争力。如何科学、合理地对优质电力进行评价测度,指导售电公司提升自身服务、引导用电客户对优质电力进行合理选择是亟待解决的问题。本文充分考虑购电主体的实际需求、用户特性以及售电公司提供定制服务的可能性,建立了优质电力评价测度体系,并通过层次分析法和熵权法,从主、客观对测度模型进行权重的确定,利用模糊评价法进行测度量化,为分析用电客户对不同指标的需求程度和满意程度提供借鉴,成为售电公司制定新策略的有力依据。最后选取某一园区对其优质电力进行测度量化,验证了该评价测度体系的合理性。

    Abstract:

    With the liberalization of electricity sale market, the competition between the electricity retailers is more and more intense. Since the rapid development of high-tech industry, power quality arises attractions and premium power has gradually become the core competitiveness of the electricity retailers. Research on premium power evaluation measurement and quantification method scientifically and rationally can guide electricity retailers to improve their service and help customers to select premium power. After fully considering the actual demand of main body of electricity selling, customer characteristics and the possibility of providing customized service, premium power evaluation measurement system is established. The weight of the measurement model was determined subjectively and objectively, and the measurement was quantified by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It provides reference for analyzing the degree of customer’s demands and satisfaction with different indexes and generating new strategies for electricity retailers. Finally, a park is selected to measure and quantify its premium power, which verifies the rationality of the evaluation measurement system.
