Abstract:In order to explore the rationality of the layout of urban emergency shelters, taking Beijing as an example, this paper builded a network model of emergency shelters based on complex network theory and analyzed the overall layout, topology and community division. The study believes that the network distribution does not have scale-free characteristics, and identifies key shelters that play an important role in controlling the entire network.Furthermore, through different forms of attack mode, studying the invulnerability of the network and clarifing the status and role of each emergency shelter in the complex network, which provides reference for upgrading the site facilities reasonably and reinforcing the network invulnerability construction.
