    摘要:

    为了探究城市既成应急避难场所布局合理性问题,本文基于复杂网络理论,构建北京市应急避难场所网络模型,从网络总体布局、拓扑特征和社团划分方面进行分析。研究表明北京市应急避难场所网络度分布不具有无标度特性,识别出了对网络连通起重要控制作用的关键避难场所。通过不同形式的攻击模式探究网络的抗毁性,明确各应急避难场在复杂网络中的地位,为场所设施的合理化升级和网络抗毁性的强化建设提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the rationality of the layout of urban emergency shelters, taking Beijing as an example, this paper builded a network model of emergency shelters based on complex network theory and analyzed the overall layout, topology and community division. The study believes that the network distribution does not have scale-free characteristics, and identifies key shelters that play an important role in controlling the entire network.Furthermore, through different forms of attack mode, studying the invulnerability of the network and clarifing the status and role of each emergency shelter in the complex network, which provides reference for upgrading the site facilities reasonably and reinforcing the network invulnerability construction.
