    摘要:

    低温缺氧是川西高原公路隧道建设面临的主要难题,由于尚无高海拔隧道设计规范,隧道保温与供氧分级设计缺乏依据,存在盲目性。论文优选了气管氧分压、最冷月平均气温与最大冻结深度三个分级指标,依托川西高原3座典型隧道6个隧址区不同海拔高度长期监测与已有气象资料对比分析,明确了三个分级指标与海拔高度存在良好的对应关系。提出了2 100 m和4 200 m的海拔高度分级指标,将川西高原公路隧道分为一般海拔、高海拔和超高海拔,给出了不同等级海拔高度相应的排水防冻和制氧供氧措施。海拔分级标准与防冻供氧方法可为川西高原新建隧道设计与施工提供依据,降低隧道施工工期,保障隧道使用寿命与运营安全。

    Abstract:

    Low temperature and anoxia are the main problems of highway tunnel construction in western Sichuan plateau. Because there is no design code for high-altitude tunnel, the design of thermal insulation and oxygen supply grade of tunnel lacks basis and exists blindness. The oxygen partial pressure of trachea, the mean temperature of the coldest month and the maximum freezing depth were selected as the three grading indexes. Based on the long-term monitoring of different altitudes of three typical tunnels and six tunnel sites in the western Sichuan plateau and the comparative analysis of the existing meteorological data, the corresponding relations between the three grading indexes and the altitude were clarified. The classification indexes of altitude are established as 2 100 m and 4 200 m respectively, and the highway tunnels in the western Sichuan plateau are divided into general altitude, high altitude and ultra-high altitude. The corresponding measures of dewatering, freezing prevention and oxygen generation and supply at different elevations are given. The research results can provide a basis for the design and construction of new tunnel in western Sichuan plateau, reduce the construction period of the tunnel, and ensure the service life and operation safety of the tunnel.
