    摘要:

    为了研究不同工况下轮胎、悬架和货箱对自卸车作业侧倾稳定性的影响,提出了一种基于侧翻贡献度的分析方法。建立车辆举升作业的四自由度非线性数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink对模型进行不同路面横向坡度角和货物偏载量输入工况下的仿真求解,得到了车辆侧翻临界举升状态下的轮胎、悬架和货箱侧翻贡献度变化规律。结果表明,侧翻贡献度能够有效反映出不同工况下车辆作业侧倾稳定性的主要影响因素。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of tire, suspension and cargo box on the roll stability of dump truck under different working conditions, an analysis method based on the rollover contribution degree was proposed. A four-degree-of-freedom nonlinear mathematical model for vehicle lifting operation was established. And MATLAB/Simulink was used to simulate the model under different input conditions of lateral slope angle and cargo eccentric load. Then the variation law of tire, suspension and cargo box rollover contribution degree under the critical lift state of the vehicle was obtained. The results show that the rollover contribution degree can effectively reflect the main influencing factors of vehicle roll stability under different working conditions.
