      由于光伏发电的不确定性和随机性,给电力系统的稳定性和安全性带来了隐患。将储能装置引入配网光伏系统,可以提升系统经济性,改善配网电能质量。本文在分析居民负荷和工业负荷特性的基础上,结合我国的电价政策,以光储系统净利润最大为目标,构建了光储系统投资收益模型。在满足功率平衡和储能电池性能约束的基础上,本文选用YALMIP工具箱和CPLEX程序在MATLAB中进行了求解。最后在IEEE-33节点系统中应用上述优化方法进行影响分析,结果证明基于光储系统净利润作为技术指标的光伏系统储能优化配置策略的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Due to the uncertainty and randomness of photovoltaic power generation, the stability and security of power system are hidden dangers. Introducing energy storage device into distribution network photovoltaic system can improve system economy and power quality. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of residential load and industrial load, combined with the electricity price policy of our country, the paper takes the maximum net profit of the PV-storage system as the goal, and constructs the investment income model. On the basis of satisfying the power balance and the performance constraint of energy storage battery, the YALMIP toolbox and CPLEX program are selected to solve the problem in MATLAB. Finally, the above optimization method is applied in the IEEE-33 node system for impact analysis, and the results prove the effectiveness of the PV-storage system energy storage optimization configuration strategy based on the net profit as a technical index.
