    摘要:

    基于力学分析对陶瓷碗具进行创新设计,使其防烫防滑兼有艺术性。利用传感器测量并统计得到被试者使用陶瓷碗具时指腹压力值,对手部与碗壁的接触点进行受力分析,得出防烫材料摩擦系数的模糊确定值。使用图像处理软件对实验图片进行处理得到人手在使用陶瓷碗具时与碗壁的接触面积,通过人机工程学尺寸百分位计算得出符合人手型的碗套设计尺寸。运用计算机三维建模、力学分析进一步优化设计方案并通过相关试验验证此设计方案的有效性,研究结果对防烫防滑的陶瓷碗具创新设计提供一定的参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Innovative design of ceramic bowls based on mechanical analysis makes it anti-scalding and artistic. Firstly, the sensor was used to measure and count the pressure value of the finger pad when the ceramic bowl was used. The contact point between the hand and the bowl wall was analyzed, and the fuzzy determination value of the friction coefficient of the anti-scalding material was obtained. Secondly, the image processing software was used to process the experimental pictures to obtain the contact area with the bowl wall when the ceramic bowl was used by the hand. The ergonomic size percentile was calculated to obtain the design size of the bowl type that conforms to the hand type. Finally, computer three-dimensional modeling and mechanical analysis was used to further optimize the design scheme and verify the effectiveness of the design scheme through relevant experiments. The research results provide some reference and reference for the innovative design of anti-scalding ceramic bowls.
