      目前钢筋混凝土(RC)框架隔震体系在设计分析过程中均将填充墙作为非结构构件,未充分考虑填充墙不同布置方式对隔震体系和隔震设计的影响规律。本文以8层RC框架填充墙隔震体系为研究对象,考虑填充墙平、立面不同分布的10种模型,建立RC框架隔震结构非线性分析有限元模型,探讨填充墙对RC框架隔震体系性能及相应隔震设计方法的影响。结果表明:填充墙的不同布置方式对结构前3阶影响较小,对高阶振型影响显著;现有不考虑填充墙影响的纯框架隔震设计方法得到的减震系数偏小,夸大了减震效果,进行上部结构设计会导致其偏于不安全;填充墙竖向不均匀的隔震结构,在未布置填充墙的楼层会发生刚度突变,尤其是靠近隔震层的下部楼层地震反应突变尤为明显,在强震作用下容易发生破坏;填充墙水平不均匀的隔震结构,X或Y向未布置填充墙时变形突变较明显。因此,建议在隔震设计时要充分考虑填充墙的布置,隔震层以上1-3层尽量布置填充墙,避免出现底部薄弱层而对整个隔震体系安全性产生影响。

      At present, infilled walls of the isolated RC frame system is treated as non-structural component in the process of design and analysis, and the influence of different arrangement of infilled walls aren’t be fully taked into account on seismic design and response of isolated system. An 8-stories isolated RC frame system with infilled walls was taked as research object, 10 models with different infilled arrangement in horizontal or vertical direction were considered, and corresponding nonlinear analysis finite element models were built, the influence of the infilled walls on the seismic behavior of isolated RC frame structure and corresponding design method was researched in detail. The results showed as follows. (1)The different arrangement of infilled walls has significant influence on higher modes, but less influence on the first three modes. (2)The seismic isolated coefficient calculated by the existing isolated design method without considering the influnce of infilled walls is relatively small, namely isolated effect may be greatly overstated, using this isolated coefficient to design can result in unsafe of the upper structure. (3) The isolated RC frame buildings with nonuniform infilled wall along the vertical direction, there will be stiffness mutation in the floors without the infilled walls, especially in the lower floors closed to the isolated layer, seismic response mutation is obviouse, and damage easily is occured under the strong earthquakes. (4)The isolated RC frame buildings with nonuniform infilled wall along the horizontal direction, the torsional modes are easily occurred in higher modes. Therefore, it is necessary to fully take into account the influence of infilled walls in the process of isolated design, the 1~3 layer above isolated layers should be arranged infilled walls as far as possible, so as to avoid the appearance of weak layer in the bottom and affect on the safety of the whole isolated system.
