    摘要:

    为更好地研究煤系地层隧道开挖与支护问题,通过利用ADINA对大断面煤系地层隧道开挖与支护进行数值模拟方法,建立了Mohr-Coulomb弹塑性本构二维平面模型,分析了煤系地层隧道大断面开挖和支护的过程;揭示了用于计算开挖过程中位移场、应力场及其分布规律。计算结果表明:煤系地层隧道施工采用台阶法开挖有利于隧道的应力释放和稳定;同时,在支护上采用一次支护、二次支护和衬砌。现场施工监测较好地反映了煤系地层这一软弱岩层的隧道开挖与支护参数,可见这为类似条件的隧道施工提供了一定的理论和现场的指导。

    Abstract:

    n order to better study the excavation and support of tunnels in coal-bearing strata, a two-dimensional elastic-plastic constitutive model of Mohr-Coulomb is established by using ADINA numerical simulation method for the excavation and support of tunnels in large cross-section coal-bearing strata. The excavation and support process of Large Cross-section Tunnels in coal-bearing strata is analyzed, and the displacement field, stress field and its distribution law during the excavation process are revealed. The calculation results show that the step excavation method is beneficial to the stress release and stability of the tunnel in the coal measures stratum. At the same time, one support, secondary support and lining are used on the support.. On-site construction monitoring reflects the tunnel excavation and support parameters of coal measures stratum, which is a weak rock stratum. It can be seen that this provides certain theoretical and field guidance for tunnel construction under similar conditions.
