      目的:筛选菝葜抗炎有效部位并探讨其抗炎作用机制。方法:采用不同提取纯化方法,得到总黄酮、总皂苷、总鞣质三个部位,利用小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠盆腔炎症模型(CPID)实验,观测小鼠耳、足趾肿胀度、肿胀抑制率及大鼠子宫脏器系数与病理切片,筛选菝葜抗炎有效部位并探讨其抗炎作用机制。结果:菝葜总黄酮、总皂苷、总鞣质三个部位均能显著降低小鼠耳、足趾肿胀度及肿胀抑制率, 均能显著的抑制大鼠子宫组织胺、5-羟色胺(5-HT)与前列腺素E2(PGE2)的合成或释放。结论:菝葜抗炎有效部位为总黄酮、总皂苷与总鞣质,推测其抗炎机制是通过抑制组胺、5-HT、PGE2的合成或释放,从而达到抗炎作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To screen the anti-inflammatory active fractions of Smilax china L.and explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism. Method: Three components of total flavonoids, total saponins and total tannins were obtained by different extraction and purification methods. The mice ear swelling, toe swelling and pelvic inflammation model (CPID) were used to observe the degree of ear and toe swelling, swelling inhibition rate, uterine organ coefficient and pathological section. To screen the anti-inflammatory active fractions of Smilax china L.and explore its anti-inflammatory mechanism. Result: Three components of total flavonoids, total saponins and total tannins were can significantly reduce the swelling degree and inhibition rate of ear and toe in mice and inhibit the synthesis or release of histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in rat uterus. Conlusion: Total flavonoids, total saponins and total tannins are all effective anti-inflammatory components of Smilax china L.. It is speculated that its anti-inflammatory mechanism is to inhibit the synthesis or release of histamine, 5-HT and PGE2, thus achieving anti-inflammatory effect.
