    位于采空区输电铁塔的安全性易受地表变形的影响,而塔基变形具有从无到有、从小到大、从单一到复合的特点,因此研究塔基变形过程输电铁塔安全性演化规律具有重要的工程意义。以位于采空区某500kV输电铁塔为研究对象,基于有限单元法,分别计算了单、双基础复合变形过程,在90°大风、45°大风和覆冰三种气象工况下,输电塔内力和变形规律。结果表明:单、双基础复合变形过程中,构件最大应力转移路径相似,变形初期铁塔安全性降低较少,中后期铁塔安全性降低速率加快;三种气象工况条件下,基础变形过程铁塔安全性演化规律相近;建议在塔基变形前期,对变形最大的塔脚和相同侧第一段横隔材实施监测和加固治理措施。

    Abstract:

    The safety of the transmission tower located in the mining subsidence is susceptible to earth’s surface deformation, while the deformation of the tower foundation has the characteristics of from nonexistence to pass into existence, from small to large, from single to composite. Therefore, it is of great engineering significance to study the safety evolution law of transmission towers in the deformation process of tower foundation. Taking a 500kV transmission tower located in the mining subsidence as the research object, internal force and deformation law of transmission tower are calculated based on the finite element method under three meteorological conditions respectively: 90° high wind, 45° high wind and ice coating, during the single and double foundation composite deformation process. The results show that during the single and double foundation composite deformation process, the maximum stress transfer path of the members is similar, and the safety of the tower is less reduced in the early stage of deformation, and the safety rate of the tower is accelerated in the middle and late stages. Under three meteorological conditions, the evolution law of the safety of the transmission tower in the deformation of the tower foundation is similar. It is reco mmended to carry out monitoring and reinforcement measures for the tower legs with the largest deformation and the first section of the transverse joints on the same side in the early stage of the deformation of the tower.
