      操作航空物探遥感仪器的空勤人员疲劳问题是直接关系到航空物探遥感仪器操作和执行飞行任务航空器安全的重要问题之一。本研究通过对航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳影响因子的分析,构建了航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳风险评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对各个指标进行基础判断,根据权重计算方法中的权的最小平方法和熵权法进行计算,得出权重系数,分析出影响航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳的主要因素。计算结果表明:心理健康、设备稳定性、飞行条件、维修负荷等是影响航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳的主要因索,通过专家访谈法对心理专家进行访谈,根据生活环境和工作环境情景模型推演,从而得出导致主要因素造成的原因。本文的亮点在于首次对航空物探遥感空勤人员疲劳因素进行研究,并对造成的主要原因进行分析。
英文摘要:
      The problem of flight crew fatigue in the operation of aero geophysical and remote sensing instruments is one of the important issues directly related to the operation of airborne geophysical and remote sensing instruments and the safety of aircraft in flight missions. Through analysis of the aero geophysical and remote sensing crew fatigue impact factor, this study constructed the fatigue risk evaluation index system of the aero geophysical and remote sensing crew and made basic judgement of each indicators by questionnaire investigation and expert interview. Based of the results of the rights of least square method and entropy weight method of weight calculation, weight coefficient is calculated and the main factors influencing the aero geophysical and remote sensing crew fatigue is found out.The results showed that mental health, equipment stability, flight condition, maintenance load are the main factors affecting the fatigue of air crew in aerial geophysical exploration and remote sensing. The psychological experts were interviewed by the expert interview method, and the main factors were deduced according to the living environment and working environment scene model. The highlight of this paper is that it is the first time to analyze the fatigue factors of aero geophysical and remote sensing crew and the main causes.
