      针对屋面降雨散落造成城市地面产生径流形成内涝等问题,本文通过对现有的蓄水池结构进行改造,在蓄水池底部设置不同孔径d的排水孔,使得降雨时雨水先收集到蓄水池降雨后缓慢排入土壤或地下管网,达到延长排水时间,降低径流峰值从而降低地下管网堵塞几率。通过设计实验和模拟分析得出以下结论:土壤渗透系数I大和排水孔径d小时排放到土壤的效果最好;排水孔径d越小,雨水进入地下管道时间越长所降低的径流比ψ越高;设计相同体积蓄水池时,底面积A越小蓄水量越大。通过理论和实际验证蓄水池改进技术的可行性,为治理城市内涝提供一种新方法。
英文摘要:
      In view of the problem that the roof surface is runoff and the runoff in the urban area is formed to cause urban waterlogging, this paper reconstructs the existing reservoir structure and sets drainage holes with different pipe diameter d at the bottom of the reservoir, so that the rainwater collects the reservoir in rainfall that discharged slowly into the soil or underground pipe network after rainfall. By prolong the drainage time, lower the peak runoff and reduce the probability of underground pipe network blockage. Through the design experiment and simulation analysis, the following conclusion are drawn: The factors affecting soil penetration is the soil permeability coefficient I and the drainage pipe d. The factors affecting runoff ratio is the drainage pipe diameter d and rainwater drainage time t, the smaller d and the longer t is better. When reservoir volume is same, the bottom area A is smaller has the larger the water storage capacity. Through the theoretical and practical verification of the feasibility of the reservoir alter technology, it provides a new method for the treatment of urban waterlogging.
