    摘要:

    节流式流量计在流量参数计量中占有重要地位,但是普遍存在节流损失大、量程比小、直管段要求高等缺陷。通过对静压差流量测量方法以及管道约束条件对流量测量影响的研究,提出了一种基于改进静压差法的流量测量方法。利用引进的管道约束条件,结合静压差法及流体流动参数,建立了基于支持向量机的流量测量模型。通过与传统节流式流量计(标准的孔板)的比较实验,表明了该方法没有节流损失,流量测量范围宽,流体流量的测量精度可以达到2%以内,适合于工业参数的实际测量。

    Abstract:

    Throttle flowmeters play an important role in flow parameter measurement, but there are common defects such as large throttling losses, small range ratios, and high requirements for straight pipe sections. A flow measurement method based on improved static pressure difference method is proposed through the study of static pressure difference flow measurement method and the influence of pipeline constraints on flow measurement. Taking advantage of the introduced pipeline constraints and combined with static pressure difference method and fluid flow parameters, a flow measurement model based on support vector machine is established. Besides, Compared with the traditional throttling flowmeter (standard orifice plate), it shows that the method has no throttling loss, the flow measurement range is wide, and the measurement accuracy of fluid flow can reach less than 2%, which is suitable for the actual measurement of industrial parameters.
