      由于硅酸盐体系的高碱性,实验室常用酯类、植物油类等环保润滑剂与其配伍性较差,导致硅酸盐体系润滑性能差、易起泡 ,现场使用时易造成托压等问题。实验室以脂肪酸酯、用多元醇型非离子表面活性剂改性的纳米石墨和磷酸酯为原料,通过独特的合成工艺,得到含羟基(-OH)、醚键(-O-)、磷酸基团(-H2PO4)和酯基(-COOR)的耐高温和抗磨性能良好的环保润滑剂ZYA,并评价了其在基浆和硅酸盐体系中的性能以及对环境的影响。结果表明, ZYA适用性较为广泛、抗温可达160℃且硅酸盐体系与其具有良好的配伍性。在淡水基浆和海水基浆中分别加入1.5%的ZYA润滑剂,其可以使基浆的润滑系数降低80%~90%,抗磨砝码都达到10块;ZYA润滑剂能明显优化硅酸盐体系润滑性,并有效改善在高速剪切下硅酸盐体系起泡情况;与硅酸盐体系配伍性较好,且易降解,使得硅酸盐体系保持较好的环保性,对环境无不良反应,优化了硅酸盐体系性能,对于硅酸盐体系的推广应用起到积极作用。

      Due to the high alkalinity of silicate system and the poor compatibility of environmental lubricants such as esters and vegetable oils commonly used in laboratories, the silicate system has poor lubrication performance, easy foaming, and easy to cause pressure problems in field use. Using fatty acid esters, nano-graphite modified by polyol non-ionic surfactants and phosphate esters as raw materials, ZYA, an environmentally friendly lubricant with good high temperature and wear resistance, containing hydroxyl (-OH), ether bond (-O-), phosphoric acid group (-H2PO4) and ester group (-COOR), was synthesized by a unique synthetic process. The results show that ZYA has wide applicability, high temperature resistance up to 160 ℃ and good compatibility with silicate system. Adding 1.5% ZYA lubricant to Fresh water slurry and Brine pulp can reduce the lubrication coefficient by 80%~90% and achieve 10 anti-wear weights; ZYA lubricant can obviously optimize the lubrication of the silicate system and effectively improve the foaming of the silicate system under high-speed shear; it has good compatibility with the silicate system and is easy to degrade, which makes the silicate system keep better environmental protection, no adverse reactions to the environment, optimize the performance of the silicate system, and play a positive role in the promotion and application of the silicate system.
