    摘要:

    为研究高温条件下不同水泥面板界面处理及粘结剂组合方式对复合式路面滑移特性的影响,采用酸洗、抛丸、刻槽等不同层间处理措施和橡胶沥青和AF-I溶剂型两种粘结材料的复合试件板进行双侧无约束汉堡车辙试验,评价复合式路面层间高温滑移特性。结果表明:层间处理措施对层间高温滑移特性影响明显,当界面具有较好的构造深度时,整体抗变形能力明显提高。采用构造深度相对较高、纹理更密的十字刻槽以及刻槽间距较小的密刻槽效果较好,对防止层间高温滑移特性病害较为有效。相对于层间粘结使用橡胶沥青作为粘结剂的试件,使用AF-I溶剂型粘结剂的试件抵抗层间高温滑移特性效果更好。双侧无约束复合板式试件滑移特性试验中,随着构造深度的增大,滑移变形率整体呈现下降趋势,即抵抗滑移变形能力呈增大趋势。采取适当措施改善层间接触条件,对提高复合式路面层间高温滑移特性具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of combinations between different cement pavement interface treatments and binders on the resistance of rutting and lateral slippage of composite pavement under high temperature conditions, two-side-unconstrained Hamburg wheel tracking tests was carried out by using different interlayer treatment measures such as acid corrosion treatment, pellet blasting treatment, grooving and two kinds of bonding materials of rubber asphalt binder and AF-I solvent binder. The high temperature rutting resistance and lateral slippage performance of composite pavement were evaluated. The results show that interlayer treatment measures have obvious effects on rutting and lateral displacement. When the interface has a good tectonic depth, the overall anti-deformation ability is significantly improved. It is better to use cross grooves with relatively higher structural depth, denser texture and smaller groove spacing to prevent rutting deformation and lateral displacement diseases. Compared with the specimens using rubber asphalt as binder for interlayer bonding, the specimens using AF-I solvent binder have better resistance to rutting and lateral slippage. In the slip test using two-side-unconstrained composite plate specimens, with the increase of structural depth, the slip deformation rate shows a downward trend, which means that the ability to resist slip deformation increases. Taking appropriate measures to improve the contact conditions between layers is of great significance to improve the high temperature performance of composite pavement asphalt pavement.
