    人的因素是影响空管运行亚健康的重要因素之一,研究其对空管运行亚健康的作用机理具有重要意义。在前人对空管安全人为因素风险研究的基础上,运用层次分析法建立了空管运行亚健康人为因素风险指标体系的层次结构模型;基于人为因素风险指标体系,建立了管制员个体因素影响空管运行亚健康理论模型。根据理论模型构建了管制员个体因素影响空管运行亚健康的结构方程模型,并使用AMOS 24.0软件对模型进行检验和修正。模型拟合结果表明:业务技术水平与生理状况之间不存在显著的相关性;心理状况与生理状况之间的标准相关系数为0.60,且影响显著;心理状况与业务技能水平之间的标准相关系数为0.40,且影响显著;心理状况与空管运行亚健康之间的标准相关系数为0.31,且影响显著。

    Abstract:

    Human factors is one of the important factors affecting the sub-health of air traffic control (ATC). It is of great significance to study the mechanism of human factors on sub-health of air traffic control. On the basis of previous researches on the human factors risk of ATC safety, the hierarchical structure model of human risk index system for ATC sub-health was established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, the initial theoretical model of controller’s individual factors affecting ATC sub-health was established based on the human risk index system. Finally, according to the theoretical model, the structural equation model (SEM) of controller’s individual factors affecting ATC sub-health was constructed, and the model was checked and modified by AMOS 24.0 software. The model fitting results show that: There is no significant correlation between business skills and physiological condition. The standard correlation coefficient between psychological condition and physiological condition is 0.60, and the standard correlation coefficient between psychological condition and business skills is 0.40, and the influence is significant. The standard correlation coefficient between psychological condition and ATC sub-health is 0.31, and the influence is significant.
