      探究了单宁酸改性沥青的复数剪切模量、相位角、车辙因子和粘度随着不同温度不同单宁酸改性沥青掺量的变化而变化的情况。分析了根据粘温曲线确定单宁酸改性沥青的拌合温度和碾压温度以及车辙因子与温度的对数关系。研究表明,当温度相同时,随着单宁酸掺量增加,复数模量G*、车辙因子G*/sinδ逐渐提高,而相位角δ逐渐降低,沥青抵抗高温流变性能增强;相同温度下,粘度随单宁酸掺量增加而增加;碾压温度和拌合温度随单宁酸掺量而成倍增加,本文建议掺量不大于6%;从布氏粘度和动态粘度,单宁酸的掺入,降低了沥青的感温性,各单宁酸掺量下,车辙因子G*/sinδ和温度T具有良好双对数线性相关关系,回归系数K先减小后增大,对单宁酸改性沥青还需要进一步探讨研究。

      The variations complex shear modulus, phase angle, rutting factor and viscosity of tannic acid modified asphalt varied with the content of tannic acid modified asphalt at different temperatures and temperatures, and the complex shear modulus, phase angle, rut factor and viscosity of tannic acid modified asphalt were investigated. The logarithmic relation of mixing temperature and rolling temperature of tannic acid modified asphalt and the logarithmic relationship between rut factor and temperature were analyzed according to the viscosity-temperature curve. The results show that when the temperature is the same, with the increase of tannic acid content, the complex modulus G*, rut factor G*/sinδ and phase angle δ are gradually increased, and the asphalt resistance to high temperature rheological properties is enhanced. At the same temperature, the viscosity increases with the increase of tannic acid content, the rolling temperature and mixing temperature double with the tannic acid content, this paper suggests that the content of tannic acid is less than 6%. From Brookfield viscosity and dynamic viscosity, the temperature sensitivity of asphalt was reduced by the addition of tannic acid. The correlation between rut factor G*/sinδ and temperature T had a good double logarithmic linear correlation, and the regression coefficient decreased first and then increased, under each tannic acid content, there was a good double logarithm linear correlation between rutting factor δ and temperature T, the regression coefficient K decreased first and then increased. Further study on tannic acid modified asphalt is needed.
