      针对飞机保障设备配置数量依赖工程经验确定、与使用需求不匹配的问题,以预防性维修、修复性维修和飞行机务准备等不同类别保障活动与保障设备的对应关系为基础,充分考虑飞机使用阶段影响保障设备数量需求的因素,提出了贴合工程实际的保障设备配置数量确定方法。将该方法用于某型飞机保障设备配置数量计算,所得到的配置方案与实际工作需求吻合度高,为合理确定保障设备配置数量、解决保障设备配置冗余的问题提供了科学依据。
英文摘要:
      To solve the problem that aircraft support equipment configuration number relies on engineering experience and does not match usage requirements, a method for determining the configuration quantity of support equipment was presented, which much accorded with the actual engineering. The method was based on analyzing the correspondence between preventive maintenance, repairing maintenance, flight maintenance readiness and their support equipment need, and the factors influencing the quantity of equipment required in aircraft service stage were fully considered. It was applied to the calculation of the number of support equipment in a certain type of aircraft, and the obtained configuration scheme was highly consistent with the work requirements. The research provides a scientific basis for reasonably determining the number of support equipment configuration and solving the problem of redundant support equipment configuration.
