      以大开孔甲醇制烯烃装置为研究对象,针对上端筋板与筒体连接处存在的应力集中现象,在保证容器安全性的前提下,设计出加筋板、加补强圈和增加筒体厚度三种不同的计算方案,采用数值模拟研究方法,应用ANSYS分析软件,获得三种方案的应力分布,并进行应力评定与实验模型的应力测试。模拟效果与实验结果吻合较好,说明利用ANSYS软件对容器的优化是有效的。结果表明,采用增加筒体壁厚、增加筋板、增加补强圈,或者三者并用,均能够保证大开孔压力容器的本质安全性。对于该压力容器,采用增加筋板,并增加筒体厚度(和斜接管相同)所用金属材料最少,材料成本最低,对于此类容器推荐使用加筋板补强。

      Taking the large opening methanol to olefin plant as the research object, aiming at the stress concentration phenomenon at the joint of the upper rib plate and the shell,under the premise of ensuring the safety of the vessel, three different optimization schemes are designed, which are use the rib plate, the reinforcing rings and the increase thickness of the shell,Used numerical simulation research method, ANSYS analysis software, obtained stress distribution of three schemes, also conducted stress assessment and stress test of experimental model. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results, indicating that the optimization of the container is effective by using ANSYS software. The results show that the intrinsic safety of the large-opening pressure vessel can be ensured by increasing the thickness of the shell,using the ribs,using the reinforcing rings, or using the three together. For the pressure vessel, the using the ribs and the increasing the thickness of the shell (same as the miter tube) use the least amount of metal material ,and the lowest material cost, for such vessel, it is recommended to use the ribs for reinforcement.
