      黄连木油是一种重要生物质能原料,通过气相分析,黄连木油主要脂肪酸为油酸51.17%、亚油酸28.76%和棕榈酸17.75%;本研究采用纺丝技术自制Fe/C-SO3H中空纤维催化剂进行催化黄连木油酯交换反应制备生物柴油,通过SEM和BET分析得出Fe/C-SO3H催化剂为中空纤维状结构,平均直径在1μm左右,比表面积50.925Am2.kg-1;通过XRD表征分析得出催化剂在400℃氮气气氛下煅烧2h达到适宜状态;通过VSM表征可知催化剂为超顺磁性纤维,在非磁场状态下不会自聚;对影响催化酯交换反应的因素进行了优化,得出反应时间110min、催化剂用量3.0%、醇油摩尔比11:1、反应温度75℃酯交换反应达到单因素实验设计最佳状态,转化率达到97.2%;通过FT-IR分析黄连木油及其生物柴油的酯官能团变化,发现与理论分析相符,并将生物柴油与0#柴油进行对比分析,实验结果表明所得生物柴油性质优异。

      Pistacia oil is a kind of important biomass raw materials, the main fatty acids are oleic acid 51.17%, linoleic acid 28.76% and palmitic acid 17.75% by gas phase analysis. Fe/C-SO3H hollow fiber catalyst by spinning technology which homemade was hold for preparation of biodiesel. Through SEM and BET analysis, Fe/C-SO3H catalyst was hollow fiber structure, average around 1μm in diameter and specific surface area of 50.925 Am2.kg-1. It was concluded that the catalyst calcined at 400℃ and 2h in the nitrogen atmosphere to appropriate state by XRD characterization analysis. Catalysts is superparamagnetism fiber, was not aggregation in the condition of disappear the magnetic field by VSM analyze of characterization. Factors affecting the catalytic ester exchange reaction were optimized, it is concluded that 110 min in reaction time, catalyst dosage of 3.0% oil, mole ratio of alcohol oil 11:1, reaction temperature 75 ℃ to achieve the best condition for orthogonal design, the conversion rate is 97.2%. Pistacia oil and biodiese were analyzed by FT-IR, found consistent with theoretical analysis, and compared the biodiesel and 0# diesel, the experimental results show that the properties of biodiesel are excellent.
