    为了进一步探究空隙特征对OGFC沥青混合料路用性能的影响,研究采用MATLAB数字图像处理技术,获取了功能性沥青混合料(OGFC-13,OGFC-16)试件断面的细观图像,同时本研究对OGFC沥青混合料进行了力学性能试验与排水性能试验。研究结果表明:OGFC-13的总空隙数量以及空隙面积在10mm2以上的空隙数量均多于OGFC-16,而后者的连通空隙多于前者;OGFC-16的排水性能好于OGFC-13,但易遭受水损害;OGFC-13的低温性能和水稳定好于OGFC-16,而高温性能则相反;通过空隙形态图像可以更加明显看出,OGFC-13中的空隙被细集料堵塞,而OGFC-16的空隙堵塞程度明显较低,这就使得OGFC-16具有更好的排水性能和较差的低温性能和水稳定性。

    Abstract:

    In order to further explore the effect of void characteristics on the pavement performance of OGFC asphalt mixture, the methods of MATLAB digital image processing were used to obtain the mesoscopic image of the cross section of the functional asphalt mixtures (OGFC-13, OGFC-16). The mechanical properties test and drainage performance test of OGFC asphalt mixture were carried out at the same time. The results show that the total number of voids and the number of voids above 10 mm2 in OGFC-13 are more than those in OGFC-16, and the connected voids in the latter are more than those in the former, and the drainage performance of OGFC-16 is better than that of OGFC-13, but it is easy to suffer water damage. The low temperature and water stability of OGFC-13 is better than that of OGFC-16, but the performance at high temperature is opposite. Through the gap morphology image shows that the gap in OGFC-13 is blocked by fine aggregate, while the gap clogging degree in OGFC-16 is obviously lower. This makes OGFC-16 have better drainage performance and poor low temperature performance and water stability.
